This policy explains how Evolve Digital AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit evolvedigital.ai, get in touch with us, book a call, or are contacted by us as part of our AI-powered outreach and lead generation services. It is written to meet our obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

What personal data we collect

How we use your data, and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and deliver our services — necessary to take steps at your request and to perform a contract with you.
- To book and manage sales calls and consultations — necessary to perform a contract, or to take pre-contract steps at your request.
- For B2B marketing and outreach (email and voice) — on the basis of our legitimate interests in promoting our services to relevant businesses, balanced against your rights. Outreach is targeted at business contacts, respects PECR's rules on unsolicited business communications, and every message includes a clear way to opt out.
- For website analytics and advertising — based on your consent, collected via our cookie banner, except for cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations — where we're required to keep or disclose records.
Cold outreach and suppression
Where we contact businesses that haven't previously interacted with us, we rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business communications and maintain a suppression list of anyone who has opted out. If you'd like to stop hearing from us, click "unsubscribe" on any email, ask on a call, or email hello@evolvedigital.ai — we'll action this promptly.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business and deliver our services. They only process data on our instructions and are contractually required to protect it:
- CRM, scheduling and follow-up platforms (e.g. GoHighLevel), used to manage enquiries, bookings and client communication
- B2B data and outreach platforms (e.g. Apollo.io), used to source and manage business contact details for outreach and to enrich enquiry data
- Email and voice infrastructure providers, used to deliver outreach and follow-up communications
- Advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta), used to run and measure ad campaigns
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Netlify), used to host and serve this website
We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's own UK/EU adequacy arrangements.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry, client and outreach data for as long as needed to deliver our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, and we review and remove data that's no longer needed. Suppression/opt-out records are kept indefinitely so we can continue to honour them.
Cookies
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner asks how you want to be tracked. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary category is set until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

We use Google Consent Mode, so Google's tags are told your choice before they run, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded onto the page at all unless you accept marketing cookies. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for six months, after which we will ask again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

Children's data
Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
